Actually, there is no one-size-fits-all perfect posture for everyone.

Your best posture is the one that suits your specific task and needs. Your body usually adjusts itself to find the best posture for a given task and aligns your limbs and positions accordingly.

However, our bodies are inherently designed for efficiency and often aim to conserve energy, which means it doesn't always choose the best option for us in the long run.

Sitting hunched over for extended periods or not getting up frequently are some of the things we naturally do, which may feel great in the short term but can be harmful in the long run.

In summary, your body often selects the best posture for you in the short term, but to stay healthy, make sure to change positions and move frequently. Straight will remind you if you've been hunched over for too long.

We've got your back!
