No they are not. In the US, state tax may apply. In such cases this will be clearly stated during the checkout process. If your order is shipped outside the United States, it is considered an international shipment.
Each country has its own rules and regulations regarding import fees and customs procedures. When you order online using international shipping, you will be subject to any import duties, taxes or VAT depending on your country's laws. This is not within the scope of the vendor (Kodgem Technology).
