Just like with other new exercises or routines that work your muscles, you may initially experience mild muscle soreness or discomfort. Don't get discouraged; this is entirely normal and is a sign that your muscles are working. Over time, as your muscles strengthen, the soreness should subside, and you should have stronger muscles that can keep you upright comfortably and confidently. If you're experiencing discomfort, take some time to rest. You'll be back to continue where you left off in no time!
